By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you accept that all of the details listed above are correct, and you accept responsibility for the vehicle listed in the Breach Notice at the time the Breach took place.
The Breach Notice can only be paid once and must be paid in full. Once the breach notice is paid, you may no longer lodge an appeal against this breach notice.
If multiple Breach Notices are issued for the same vehicle, these must be paid individually.
If the Breach Notice was not paid or appealed prior to the due date listed on the Breach Notice, a further $20 administration charge may be added to the Breach Fee.
You must lodge an appeal regarding your Breach Notice prior to the Due Date listed on the Breach Notice. If you fail to lodge the appeal within this time, we may not accept your appeal. If your appeal is successful the outstanding Breach Notice will be cancelled, and the Breach Fee waived.
CCM may contact you to request more evidence to support your appeal. If there is insufficient evidence to support your appeal the Breach Notice will be upheld and you will be required to pay the Breach Fee within the timeframe, though this may be extended in cases where the appeal process exceeds the Due Date.
Appeals may not be lodged against paid breach notices. An appeal may only be lodged once per Breach Notice and must only refer to the Breach Notice for which it is lodged.
This breach notice has been issued because your vehicle parked in violation of the Terms & Conditions displayed at the carpark listed above. This vehicle did not have a valid parking session paid for at the time this Breach Notice was issued. This is supported by payment records and camera photos taken at the time of the Breach.
A Breach Notice fee of $85 is now due for payment and must be paid before the end of 21 days from the date of this notice.
Failure to pay within this timeframe may result in an additional fee of $20.00 which is payable within an additional 14 days from the date of this notice.
If you were not the driver of the vehicle and wish to provide the drivers details, lodge a dispute, appeal or query – this must be made online or in writing.
If you consider that you have grounds to appeal this notice you will find full details of the appeals process overleaf. If you pay this Breach Notice, you are therefore accepting full liability for the charge and are no longer eligible to appeal this notice. Carpark Compliance Management is authorized to seek payment of the parking breach for unauthorized parking of the vehicle on the specified date as owner of the land, or the basis of a contractual right to occupy, or to have possession of the land, or acting as agent of the Landowner.
